Replenish

I need to replenish on kindness and good energies.

I can’t remember if it was last night as I drifted off to sleep, or it was this morning as I sat up and wondered if I should go to the office or not - I was too sleepy to remember - that I realized (or that it sank in; I’ve realized it some time ago but did not really pay much attentionto it) some things, and I myself, have been negative. Maybe not angry or unhappy, but giving in to little annoyances and feeding unpleasant thoughtsand noticing people who should be invisible to me. 

So, just a few things to work on (or allow to take over - I mean they are there, but I elbow them aside and let my impish self take over):

1. Just Be There for Mr. Adorable and not on focus on the hell team so it can start fading away.

2. Do yoga REGULARLY.

3. Focus on beauty.

4. Give away the clothes I don’t like and rarely wear and buy new ones.

5. Pamper self some more.

6. Be more patient with people with issues.

7. Buy food and enjoy them.

8. Think happy thoughts while riding cabs.

9. Relax. Breathe deep. Wherever I am.

10. Help whenever I can.
